Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (food powders, seeds, and consumable items), we generally do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following situations:
- Product received damaged
- Product received defective
- Wrong product delivered
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided

Refund Processing
